Maharam is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Los Angeles sales staff. The position is located in our Los Angeles showroom. The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical support, assist clients, handle heavy phone work, process sample requests, mail/file/fax, place and track orders, and maintain the sample library. The successful candidate will have PC proficiency with excellent keyboarding skills, Microsoft Word and Excel experience, organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. Two years of related experience preferred.

Sales Representative
Los Angeles, CA

Maharam is seeking a Sales Representative for our Southern California and Los Angeles markets. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our collection, including the promotion of Maharam products to the Architecture and Design community, as well as other industry-related clients, such as office furniture dealers and wallcovering contractors. The successful candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and a well-informed communicator with a strong record of accomplishments and successful history of project involvement. The candidate must be looking to further their creative talents within the sales arena and possess the ability to effectively partner with and motivate others. The position requires the highest level of commitment to integrity. A degree is preferred, in the textile and/or design industry. Organization and time management skills are a must.

Design Coordinator
New York, NY

Maharam is seeking a Design Coordinator for our New York location. The Design Coordinator will work with the design team and manage the product development process. The essential functions of the position include coordinating and managing design projects with internal staff and resources, planning the product introduction schedule, managing the on-time shipment of approval samples, and leading and directing the work of others to accomplish goals. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, will be detail oriented, assertive yet pleasant and professional, and be proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel & Outlook). A minimum of five years work experience with project management and/or supervising skills necessary; bachelor's degree preferred.
