The Sales Representative must be able to travel to client locations to build and foster relationships through product presentations and industry events tailored to the specific interest of clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and a well-informed communicator with a strong record of accomplishments and successful history of project involvement. A degree in textiles and/or interior design is preferred with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

Client Services Coordinator
Yaphank, NY or Remote

Maharam is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for our Yaphank, NY office. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for investigating and processing non-quality claims, freight credits, and vendor forms. This position will work cross functionally with sales, resource management, credit, sampling, quality assurance, and fulfillment. The successful candidate must have PC proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. The candidate must be able to problem-solve, prioritize, and organize tasks with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. This role requires both self-motivation to work autonomously, as well as in a team setting. A bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.

Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Maharam is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for our Yaphank, NY location. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will process product received into the warehouse which includes collecting receipt documentation, producing tickets for product storage and coordinating outbound freight shipments. This position will work cross functionally with international logistics, merchandising, sales, resource management, quality assurance and fulfillment. The successful candidate must have PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel. The candidate must be able to problem-solve, prioritize and organize tasks with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. This role requires both self-motivation to work autonomously, as well as in a team setting. A minimum of 2 years warehouse or production environment experience is preferred.

Maharam is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator for the New York City office/showroom. The Regional Sales Coordinator will be responsible for training and supervising sales coordinators, supporting sales and executive management, assisting with local client events, and overseeing maintenance of showroom. The candidate must be able to problem-solve, prioritize and organize tasks with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills and possess strong analytical and leadership qualities. Machine Operator

Maharam is seeking a Machine Operator for our Yaphank, NY location. The Machine Operator will operate turret truck and/or order picker machines, pick textile rolls from shelves and move to order processing staging area, return unused rolls of textiles back to shelves, and stock shelves with newly received textile rolls. Maharam is offering a $250 bonus which will be paid to new hires after reaching their third month of employment and an additional $250 after reaching six months.

Order Processor

Maharam is seeking an Order Processor for our Yaphank, NY location. The Order Processor will pack UPS and freight orders, load and unload trucks, pick orders and stock shelves, and receive and ticket inventory. Maharam is offering a $250 bonus which will be paid to new hires after reaching their third month of employment and an additional $250 after reaching six months.
