The International Sales Support Specialist will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matter specific to customer accounts, manager client inquiries including inventory tracking, sample requests, order placement and product information, along with project follow up. They will serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers and work cross functionally with colleagues and managers in operations, resource management, QA and fulfillment. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle problem resolution professionally and with confidence, have PC proficiency, Microsoft Word and Excel experience, organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, be a self starter who is comfortable working autonomously, A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, minimum of four years of related experience and bilingual in Italian, Dutch, Danish or German preferred.

Communications and Website Specialist

Maharam is seeking a Communications and Website Specialist for our Communications department. The Communications and Website Specialist is responsible for the Maharam Website and CRM system Bruce. It ensures that the Maharam website communicates to our client base Maharam's position as the leading design identity, and is reflected in the website's layout, aesthetic, functionality, brand messaging, service, and inspiring experience. The essential responsibilities include leading the production, modifying and maintenance of web sites and web application, including the implementation of a new support platform; updating and keep up to date with the latest web design and technologies; driving a consistent high Maharam standard and approach through the teams and vendors we work with; managing our Google and web analytic reporting; designing digital media campaigns according to business goals; suggesting and implementing direct marketing methods; staying up to to date with digital media technologies and latest trends; acting as liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams; responsible for CRM/Bruce include working as liaison between programming and our outside Bruce program/design vendor, ongoing project management for Bruce; overseeing of both the website and Bruce budgets and work with both the Maharam media, Media Design, Finance, Design, PM, and sales departments along with our various website support vendors to make sure the website is always up to date and functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Digital Media and Marketing; proven experience building dynamic web sites and provide examples; experience working in a web design team alongside creative designers and front-end developers; flexible attitude and experience working in a small team, able to multitask and stay organized; 5 years of visual communications methods, and knowledge of web design. Also required is a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media or related area.
