Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will code invoices and T&E expense reports for both US and Canada, process invoices into A/P system, and review and post daily/weekly reports. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and be attentive to detail. Two to four years of A/P experience, a working knowledge of MS Office and an associate's degree or equivalent is required.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our collection, including the promotion of Maharam products to the Architecture and Design community, as well as other industry-related clients, such as office furniture dealers and wall covering contractors. The successful candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and a well-informed communicator with a strong record of accomplishments and successful history of project involvement. The candidate must be looking to further their creative talents within the sales arena and possess the ability to effectively partner with and motivate others. Digital Imaging Specialist
New York, NY

Maharam is seeking a digital imaging specialist for our Media Images department in New York City. The DI specialist will retouch and design, create final artwork for product photography and MDP/DI imagery from raw files and high-resolution source imagery, manage and distribute these assets to various print and digital media. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding and knowledge of digital design, be extremely well organized and detail oriented, open for new challenges and inspired by design parameters, self-motivated and eager to learn. Must possess advanced proficiency in Mac OS X, Adobe Creative Suite wand with a Wacom pen tablet, advanced retouching and color correcting abilities, extensive experience in silhouetting and retouching products, understanding of color systems, graphic and photographic file types and resolutions, working knowledge of MS Office, and excellent eye for detail, and able to work efficiently and produce a high volume of retouched images. A bachelor's degree in art or a design field related field, with two to four years of industry experience, work experience in a photography studio is a plus, along with a keen interest in art, architecture and design.
