Maharam is seeking a Network Administrator for our Yaphank location. The main responsibilities include daily administration of a network/server environment, provide level 2 support to helpdesk technicians when requests are escalated, create/remove users from Microsoft Active Directory and related systems, provide end user support for VOIP phone system, and other tasks as assigned. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, four plus years of network troubleshooting experience, Cisco CCNA certification preferred, must be able to complete complex projects with minimal supervision, and possess effective problem solving skills.
Digital Imaging Specialist
New York, NY
Maharam is seeking a digital imaging specialist for our Media Images department in New York City. The DI specialist will retouch and design, create final artwork for product photography and MDP/DI imagery from raw files and high-resolution source imagery, manage and distribute these assets to various print and digital media. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding and knowledge of digital design, be extremely well organized and detail oriented, open for new challenges and inspired by design parameters, self-motivated and eager to learn. Must possess advanced proficiency in Mac OS X, Adobe Creative Suite wand with a Wacom pen tablet, advanced retouching and color correcting abilities, extensive experience in silhouetting and retouching products, understanding of color systems, graphic and photographic file types and resolutions, working knowledge of MS Office, and excellent eye for detail, and able to work efficiently and produce a high volume of retouched images. A bachelor's degree in art or a design field related field, with two to four years of industry experience, work experience in a photography studio is a plus, along with a keen interest in art, architecture and design.

The Order Processor will pack UPS and freight orders requiring heavy lifting (approximately 70 lbs.), load and unload trucks, pick orders and stock shelves, and receive and ticket inventory. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is required.
