Showroom Manager
San Francisco, CA

Maharam is seeking a Showroom Manager for our San Francisco Showroom. The Showroom Manager will manage in-house showroom sales, maintain the showroom, and oversea sample room; other duties include sales coordinator backup, sharing work overflow, responsible for a set of residential account list including those that come into the showroom and all other walk in traffic. The successful candidate must have strong administrative and customer service skills, product knowledge and applications, and personable, some travel and entertaining outside of the office may be required, Additionally, they must have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and an understanding of the residential design industry is a plus. A car is required.

Sales Representative

Maharam is seeking a Sales Representative for our Nashville markets. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our collection, including the promotion of Maharam products to the Architecture and Design community, as well as other industry-related clients, such as office furniture dealers and wall covering contractors. The successful candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and a well-informed communicator with a strong record of accomplishments and successful history of project involvement. The candidate must be looking to further their creative talents within the sales arena and possess the ability to effectively partner with and motivate others. The position requires the highest level of commitment to integrity. A degree is preferred, in the textile and/or design industry. Organization and time management skills are a must.

Sales Coordinator
San Francisco, CA

Maharam is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our San Francisco location. The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical support, assist clients, handle heavy phone work, process sample requests, mail/file/fax, place and track orders and maintain samples library. The successful candidate will have PC proficiency with excellent keyboarding skills, Microsoft Word and Excel experience, organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Order Processor
Yaphank, NY

Maharam is seeking an Order Processor for our Yaphank, NY location. The Order Processor will pack UPS and freight orders requiring heavy lifting (approximately 50 lbs.), load and unload trucks, pick orders and stock shelves, and receive and ticket inventory. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is required.
