About Caitlin Keogh

Caitlin Keogh (b. 1982, Alaska) is an artist known for sharply graphic, figurative paintings and drawings that often depict decorative objects such as textiles, fashion accessories, garments, props, and mannequins in puzzling or surreal circumstances. With technical rigor and meticulous attention to color, Keogh's works blur the distinction between fine and applied arts. She received her BFA from the Cooper Union School of Art (New York) and MFA from the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts, Bard (New York). She lives and works in New York City.
